Rates
Product prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping and handling costs (see Shipping and Handling). For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union, and particularly to Switzerland, Norway, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion and French Guyana, the price will be calculated and invoiced exclusive of tax. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be levied. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Afrotouch K'osmetics but are payable by the purchaser.
All orders are payable in Euros. Afrotouch K'osmetics reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the recording of the order. Products remain the property of Afrotouch K'osmetics until full payment has been received.
Delivery times
Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. Orders must be validated and paid for on the Site by credit card before 11 a.m. for same-day dispatch. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday are normally dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched on the following working day.
Orders will be sent by the usual postal services or by carrier. Delivery times are indicative and Afrotouch K'osmetics declines all responsibility in the event of excessively long delivery times due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of the Products ordered or strike. Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the Products ordered will only be transferred to the Purchaser upon full payment of the invoiced price, including delivery charges.
